Car was fine...not having free unltd mileage is totally bogus, and then acting like I'm a jerk for asking is worse. No one at the office, dude was late, then he was rude (and he was a lot later than the time it says I picked up the car). Returned car to a different location. Same dude. He refused to come check out the car to, to note the mileage, to tell me if there would be addition charges because "as you can see there are other people waiting." And then just started helping someone else. I fully expect to have enormous charges that I didn't expect. Not renting from Budget again.Alamo
