Only one person at rental desk; waited an hour for service as everyone had issues getting a car; did not have car class we had reserved weeks in advance; car provided had not been cleaned; person receiving car at end of rental was not wearing a mask. I needed a car and the only one that showed that had one was an Enterprise 30 min away. So I got a taxi to take me to that city. Half way there I received a phone call from Enterprise telling me that they did jot have cars and were sorry. i had to ask the taxi driver to stop and change plans.2.0 Poor

Driving a hybrid was fun. It had pick up which I thought that it would lack. I enjoyed driving this little Ford.Cons:
When they first gave me a car, it had no bluetooth compatibility. Since the states that I was traveling through require hands-free, it didn't make any sense. They did switch out the car (after I complained) for an older model that had bluetooth. Though the car had 21,000 miles it was clean and drove well.2.0 Poor
