I booked a medium size car but when I went to collect I received a small 2 door fiat, and was informed that as I booked through a third party it was their responsibility to tell me a medium car was not available. I booked a medium car as I needed to transported people and luggage. I also had to pay additional for insurance as the insurance through the third part was inadequate. If I had known these two things in advance I would not have booked the car.
