The staff didn’t have our vehicle. They tried charging us 20% more. No one assisted us in getting a vehicle. An absolute nightmare. Everything closed by the time we found out we weren’t being helped. Left stranded without a vehicle. It was horrible. Kayak and Enterprise should work better together and enterprise should be ashamed of themselves.8.0 Very Good
