The staff was very friendly and the service to the airport very efficient.Cons:
I believe the class of car was slightly misrepresented. I asked for a mid sized luxury and was presented with a Mini Cooper - not big enough for 3 of us and our luggage. I was upsold for a bigger BMW, and total cost was nearly 100% higher than the quoted price. (I did add a driver to the total). I was charged for a premium location as well, which was not part of my understanding when I booked.3.6 Poor

Pickup was awful. Had to argue to receive the class of car we had paid for. They were trying to downgrade rather than upgrade us when they did not have the exact type of car available that we had paid for. After arguing, magically, the exact car we had paid for appeared, ready to go!Cons:
SIXT has absolutely no signage to direct you to their rental car return at Heathrow. Originally we were booked in to return our car directly at Terminal 5, where I knew we could take the train to Terminal 2. Instead the "helpful" agent changed our drop-off to an off-site location which required busSpaceships
