It wasn't made clear during the booking process that this was through the US site and didn't include collision waiver (as this is normally included with US credit cards). Upon arrival for pickup it was requested that we pay an additional £12/day for this insurance as we were paying with a UK credit card which didn't have this cover. This should have been identified during the booking process to forewarn or prevent non-US clients from booking on the site.Free2Move
