The transfer from Domestic and International was a bit confusing but I am easily confused. I did not eat any food, but the food on the other leg was decent. It was nice they turned the lights off on the night flight. The plane was in good shape, but was a little cramped in economy and I am small. They gave me a customs form to fill out and nobody looked at it as I went through customs. Not a bad flight.

My case was missing a wheel on arrival Heathrow and the staff were unhelpful when i tried to get some compensation stating it was not sufficient damage, i only wish that they at some point have to deal with the same situation it put me in, maybe they would change their attitude but overall it was a good flight

The aircraft was really old, the staff demotivated and the overall United airline service is horrible

Increase the number of available films, including variety. All other aspects were great.

food poor i said chiken i got pack a pow breakfast lousey .job to explain wot it was ...

After going back and forth with the airline, they never reimbursed the airline tickets. Went around asking multiple people how to get reimbursed and kept getting put back, not satisfied with their customer service.

No working jet bridge to deplane, with priority customers deplaning last. Followed by bus to terminal.

Efficient like all the other flights with them. An outstanding budget airline!

Excellent service. departed on time, and arrived ahead of schedule. The whole restrictions around no food/drink is a bit weird even with Covid. Also, no mobiles and iPad use during takeoff and landing is very 2006!

Pros: "The snacks were nice and the crew was nice"
Cons: "Boarding was TERRIBLE!! Everyone was rushing the podium and overwhelming the employees!! Basically the employees could not control the crowd. Having lanes, or signs in multiple languages for boarding zones would be helpful"

I cancelled the flights in good time but could only get a partial refund. I was not warned of this.

Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.

The boarding experience was as expected and went well. The plane's economy seating plan is not designed for a positive customer experience but rather for company profit. When the passenger in front of me reclined, the distance from the screen to my face was the span of my hand (thumb tip to pinky fingertip). There is no such thing as personal space in this setting. This results in the domino effect, for when I recline the person in back of me reclines and so it goes. This is not to say that reclining is the answer as the experience is not increased, but simply managed.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.

Very poor check-in experience, and flight meal service was very disappointing with no drinks service or hot meal.

Not impressed with check in desk staff at Vancouver airport. Not a professional mind service and not cared or tried to help. Don’t think I would fly with them again

Seats were very comfortable. Crew were excellent. Food very good.

Flight crew was especially thoughtful and attentive, made sure our seats were comfortable so we could rest on the long flight

One of the worst flight in business class by qatar airways and I’m no stranger with qatar airways businesses class, I travelled with the extensively in the past 12 years

Very comfortable flights. Not so many new releases in terms of films.

Airline cancelled our flight purchased through kiwi.com 2 months before travel and to date has inly refunded half of our paid ticket price.

Crew was nice, boarding efficient. VERY cramped seating. I'm a 5 ' 10'' slim woman and my knees were up against the seat in front of me and my arms were against the arm rests. There are no services, not even water, and they only take local currency and I didn't yet have Thai baht ( flying from Indonesia and no rupiah left). I won't choose to fly with this line again.

Good, no mini-tv's, no food unless you pay, good overall experience.

CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.

Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

I really like air Asia. The flights are running very professionally and both of my flights this last time got in early. Planes were clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I understand they were supposed to be a budget airline but they don’t act like they’re a budget airline.

Landing to Hanoi in time Seat not reclining -Cabin design very dull

Cons: "They do not necessarily seat minor children with their parents. Much bigger fight to get them to seat families together, which should be standard practice in the age of COVID. Below average legroom. Much less than in America and elsewhere."
Pros: "Comfortable seats, clean plane. On time."
Cons: "The crew just sat in the back. They practically did nothing. Recommend you offer pillows and blankets on night flights."
Pros: "No IFE without warning. 16 hrs. of nothing. very uncomfortable seats. Flight admits HKA going under and can not pay bills, customers suffer."
Cons: "No IFE without warning. 16 hrs. of nothing. very uncomfortable seats. Flight admits HKA going under and can not pay bills, customers suffer."
Pros: "This airline is going out of business in the US. They have had great fares from LAX to Hong Kong and Bangkok. It seems the airline has been mismanaged or has had political restraints despite always being full. I was lucky to purchase the last roundtrip flight LAX HKG BKK before the online bookings were pulled for the LAX route. Hence, my flight to HKG and the return to LAX were empty flights, which is such a loss for an already dying airline. The crew were still polite and hardworking unlike US airlines."
Cons: "Now you cant fly LAX or SFO to Asia on this airline. Bezos or Gates should buy the airline."
Pros: "New aircraft"
Cons: "There was no entertainment at all for the entire 15 hours."
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Entertainment was not functioning whatsoever during the 15 hour flight, not enough food choices."
Pros: "Horrible."
Cons: "Everything was wrong and kayak knew they were selling me a scam ticket."
Pros: "The attitude of the crew was not acceptable. They are mean and rude to paying guest. The service was unacceptable. It was a cheap airfare and you also get cheap service. First time I flew with this airlines and It was super disappointment that I got from the crew. The airplane was newer but they could be better. They can learn better service from other airlines I booked with. Also, better quality of overall experience."
Cons: "Better touches on the seats, more cleanliness, doing it rightly than cheaply and most of all they should learn SERVICE from other airlines. Not because I bought a cheap fare does not mean we deserve a rude and mean service from the crew!"
Pros: "Great female flight crew. The male flight attendants were unfriendly and maintained a sour look on their faces. Comfortable, decent leg room. Excellent entertainment."
Cons: "Food is extremely low quality. Poor quality meat (fatty, muscle, skin, bone chips). Boarding in Hong Kong was disorganized."
Pros: "The female flight attendants were great. For some reason the male flight attendants had a sour face all the time and were unfriendly. Entertainment and comfort were good. Plenty of selections and decent leg room."
Cons: "Boarding could have been more organized, but I think half of the fault belongs to Hong Kong Airport. The boarding in LAX and Bangkok were good. The food was extremely low quality (fatty, muscle, tendon, skin, bone chips in the "meat"). Bad food, even for plane food."
Pros: "Food."
Cons: "I wish the staff need to smile and have to let the kids quite."
Cons: "The cabin was very cold. A little warmer would have been nice."

Captain smooth landing, Crew efficient and helpful. We saw Mt Fuji from the plane. Thanks.

On time and smooth flight from San Juan direct to Sint Maarten.

Just to be expected on a budget airline. Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle

Flight cancelled without notidication, had to book an emergency replacement flight at the counter

Cons: "We should have been allowed to sit near our family (wives). There was empty row but they wanted to charge us to move up. Ridiculous!!"
Pros: "Absolutely nothing"
Cons: "The flight took forever to land. Pilot said prepare for descent and we stayed in the air for another forty minutes. The air smelled awful. One of the worst flights I’ve ever taken."
Pros: "I was able to purchase extended seat room for a reasonable price."
Cons: "No free drinks or entertainment or anything to help pass the flight time."
Cons: "Staff at check-in counter were not helpful. They were there and they weren't. We were there at the front while two of the counters were ready but didn't call us up. They were chatting with each other instead. We I asked them are they ready to work, she ask me where was I heading. What is the difference?"
Pros: "Price was good and HK to Tokyo times were good"
Cons: "No entertainment on 5 hour flight"
Pros: "Nothing in particular."
Cons: "They don't tell you that 1) you aend up paying more than other airlines charge by the time you add various 'extras'; and 2) you have to go through immigration because they are in another terminal. This means two hours of work, plus I missed my flight because I didn't have 3 hrs. They said my fault."
