I was supposed to pick up the car by 6pm due to the location closing at 6pm. I called Budget customer service around 4pm to confirm reservation however when I went to pick up the car around 5 pm they told they wouldn t have any cars available until 9 am the next day! I asked them to check with another Budget location nearby but they said they was nothing they could do and that I could address a complaint by calling customer service! I was unable to get another car rental at the last minute and missed an important meeting. This is simply unacceptable.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Cruise control on the 2019 Versa that I rented did not work. The cruise on/off button on the steering wheel was faulty. I rely on cruise control to keep me from speeding when I drive on the interstate freeway. Not having cruise control was a major inconvenience. Agent at counter was not clear as to what I was paying for, vis-a-vis how much gas I needed to put in the tank, before returning the car. If is unlikely I will rent from HERTZ in the future.AutoEurope
