They welcomed the return of a National Car Rental car we returned because Enterprise Rent-A-Car had left us stranded in San Jose. Apparently, all three members of the Enterprise family (Alamo, National, Enterprise) can return each others' cars, they just can't rent them.Cons:

Due to Car shortage we ended up with convertible mustang which is fine car had 8K miles and supposedly new but car was pretty beat up, windshield had large crack to passenger side, dirty on inside like if car had not been cleaned from previous renter, passenger door stained on inside, passenger window did not close all the way up due to convertible top not matching up. Rental desk not open when flight arrived or departed. If I did not run from plane to desk(against doctor's orders), we would have been left at airport with no car or any ride to hotel. My reservation stated 6:00 pm. Desk closed at 6:00pm. Found out about hours from another passenger. Very poor customer relations. Outgoing flight left at 9:30am and desk not open at this time too. I had a problem parking the car because there were NO spots left in rental parking lot!!!!! What would you have done with the car if this happened to you??2.0 Poor
