I tried twice to change my pickup and drop off time on your system, but was unable to change it beyond the default 12:00. This might be an IT problem because I booked this on my mobile phone.
Terrible experience with Budget. They are running a professional scam and Kayak should not be supporting this. I will not use Kayak or Budget again after this experience. budget charged me 5 times the amount quoted without explanation

My experience has not been good. I have been charged multiple times on my credit card and no explanation as to why I got an additional $565 charge on my credit card on top of another charge that was actually agreed upon.
Great experience, except for the man that runs the check in and check out of the cars. He was unpleasant and not very helpful. Good customer service starts with a smile and a connection, not a frown and a terse word or two.
I am currently taking this further with Qeeq who were the vendor behind Surprice, I cancelled the hire as it seems the time I selected to pick up was the exact time the rental desk - and out of hours phone number - closed. I was left stranded, and am now out of pocket. Qeeq have been okay at sorting this out but I feel I will be arguing with them for some time. Appreciate this is nothing to do with Kayak but worth sharing.
