Cons:
I noticed at pick up that the wheel cover was missing. I took a pic as suggested by the attendant, if I found any issues with it. When I arrived at my destination, I was asked if I had a flat tire along the way. I told him no that the wheel cover was missing when I picked it up. He told me that I was driving with a donut. I was shocked as it didn't appear smaller than the other tires and I had driven for 4 hours and 260 miles at top speeds of 75 mph. I have no idea if there was another spare in the trunk, the flat tire, or nothing. Fortunately nothing happened, but could have been ugly and never should have been rented out in that condition.6.4 Okay

Staff very friendly, pick up easy, convenient location, no line.Cons:
Car was a bit dirtier than I had expected, coffee stains on ceiling that I didn't notice until later. Nobody in garage during pickup or dropoff, but as long as they don't charge me for someone else's mess, I'm ok with that.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I liked that it was clean and great radio system for phone calls on the road or when you parked the car the app would show how close your car was parked when on Bluetooth. And the friendly customer service at the Burlington Airport.Cons:
I didn’t like the vehicle it wasn’t safe overall. It drove like a roller skate on ice in the wind and it pulled to the side horribly.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff were professional and extremely helpful in what was for me a stressful situation. The airlines got me to my destination 8 hours late and I was concerned about the availability of my rental. Thanks to two Budget agents, Admir and Omar, everything worked out and I was able to enjoy my vacation. The vehicle was as promised. The staff were also courteous and helpful at drop off.8.0 Very Good

Great price for the type of car and the duration of the rental. The young man who helped me pickup the rental car was just really pleasant and tried very hard to make that transaction go as well as possible.Cons:
Pickup of the car took longer than anticipated due to a printer issue. I hope they replace that soon to benefit their customers and employees too!9.2 Wonderful

The vehicle was very clean and excellent with gas usage. The employees were friendly.Cons:
The line for pickup was very long (not enough workers) and I was misinformed about the specific pickup location. Luckily, I was still able to get a vehicle even though it was an incorrect location. The total time was almost 1 hour by the time I actually got into the rental.8.4 Very Good

That I, myself, called to confirm the pick up, and found out I had time to cancel in enough time before a horrible mistake took place.Cons:
I called to ask about my reservation that I had booked weeks prior. I prepaid for the car using a debit card. The man on the phone informed me that I was not going to be able to pick up my car at the destination, which was 2,000 miles from home. I asked why I would get a confirmation email from Hertz saying that the car is booked, and the money cleared out of my account if they didn't intend on giving me the car. He said you HAVE to use a credit card to pick up. I again asked why no one contacted me. He told me it was a good question. That was his answer. The funny thing is, if you cancel the day of your pick up, you dont get a refund. So, Hertz was going to let me pay them hundreds of dollars out of my debit card, not get the car I paid for, then want me to do a separate order with my credit card to get a car. I didn’t get the rental because in this area they don’t allow people under 25 to rent a car even though on the Hertz website it say that they will just charge a underage fee. Communication on the under 25 rules should be more clearly laid out because the only thing I read about that rule was there might be an added fee not that I would be unable to rent it.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had already purchased insurance through carrentals.com and then was billed for it again on the rental. I asked for snowtires and was told they didn't have any. They driving at this time was very treacherous without snow tires.10.0 Wonderful

The staff were all extremely friendly, the shuttle was prompt and the car was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price.Cons:
My only suggestion would be to be more clear on how to reach the business from the airport. I had to go to another business' rental counter to ask so they could call the shuttle for me. The shuttle arrived quickly after that.10.0 Wonderful
