The manager was very rude at that store told him the truck that I rented the heater did it work and could he get me another vehicle he was going to make me drive and pick it up.I waited a hour for another one. And it was dirty inside and out.I told them and they just acted like oh well. Didn't want to wait any longer was already behind schedule.when I returned the car I told the manager that I had to pay thirty dollars to repair a flat that it had something stuck in it. The customer service at the MAF terminal is abysmal. Literally, non existant. The young lady at the desk was so preoccupied with her report that she had little interest in helping me. If I had the opportunity to recommend a friend to use Alamo, i would first recommend them to walk, or maybe even ride a donkey before I suggested or even hinted at the possibility of using Alamo for a rental car. I understood the $470 initial fee for out of state rental, but not being charged that entire $470 again for returning it in 31 hours instead of 24.
