They didn't show me how to operate the vehicle [a VW Bug]. I couldn't figure out how to start it. When I tried loading my belongings to leave for airport I couldn't open the trunk, couldn't move the seats forward [to place bags in rear]. Staff wasn’t very friendly, complained that we weren’t sharp on time and she said she hoped she still had a car left for us although we had already paid. Proceeded to act surprise that there was a car left and didn’t even say which model or if same size that we had paid for. No information regarding vehicle and then said they would need to clean it now. Was a very quick clean. Probably not up to current standards.
