Overall customer service was very good. I was prepared for the 'hard sell' for additional insurance which I had decided beforehand not to proceed with and stuck to my decision, which was ok. The car was very good, which I was happy about. It's important to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions, specially credit card and fuel policies, otherwise you may find yourself in difficulties. Despite some other negative reviews I was happy with the rental.Cons:
