Alamo representative Debbie at the Spokane airport was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with changing my reserved vehicle type. The vehicle was wonderful, so comfortable and easy to drive.Cons:
I changed my requested vehicle type at the counter, which cost an additional $134.00. This was about $50.00 higher than if I had made the reservation that day, and even higher than other rental companies at the airport. Because I would have had a $100.00 fee to cancel my original reservation, I choose just to pay for the higher than average upgrade fee. I drove a 2017 Dodge Charger with 2000 miles. Overall the car was great, but the USB ports would work off and on. This was frustrating and was hard when I needed to charge my phone. Also the main screen froze once and I had to pull over and turn the car off and back on. When it froze I was unable to control the volume, A/C etc. This must be a glitch that Dodge needs to address.10.0 Wonderful

The Spokane airport location wouldn’t rent me a car and I had to Uber downtown to pick up. They gave me a car with Canadian plates and a metric speedometer, so it was difficult to judge speed.
