Tamecka Dixon was the friendliest and most accommodating agent I have interacted with across ANY car rental platform. She kept her office open for 15 extra minutes as I was running late, even though it was the night before Thanksgiving. Her generosity and flexibility make her an exceptional member of Avis and I am certainly going to rent with Avis once again largely because of the stellar service, coupled with the easy check-in process and lower costs.Cons:
A more secure drop-off process would be preferred. The office is closed on Sundays, so dropping off in they key window did not feel as secure as ideal.2.0 Poor

Car was dirty inside and out. Bird droppings on the outside, soda cans in the back seat and it was recently smoked in. The pick up process was horrendous. The car was not there and it took over an hour to get it delivered from another location.10.0 Wonderful

Because it was Sunday for car dropoff, I used the key-drop to return the car/keys. BUT, when I closed the key-drop drawer, the lock on the key-return box fell off (was never properly locked) and the whole door fell open, exposing all of the keys that had been dropped off. If an unscrupulous person got access to all the keys, they could have taken any vehicle, etc. Of course, I took pictures to document this situation.4.0 Mediocre
