Pros:Clean friendly staff

Cons:Change to credit card without discussing, fee for possible room expenses...there were none and credits took days to get listed on card
Pros:1. Great location - close to the Lake shore, close to U Chicago, close to the Bus to downtown, surrounded by many restaurants and a Whole Foods Store 2. Very clean and comfortable everywhere 3. I found the computers and printer in the lobby extremely useful 4. The fitness room is great, all the machines are functional and clean 5. The breakfast allures you to get up and start your day with a well-fueled body 6. The front desk and valets are very friendly
Cons:It would be more convenient to be able to park and access our car without having to use a valet.
Cons:Booed for double beds three months ago, by the time check in, it was not available but king bed. Bit inconvenient and disappointed.
Pros:nice sitting area with sofa in the room, made it quite comfortable for my extended stay
Cons:some days they had powdered eggs at breakfast; aside from that, the included breakfast was excellent!

Cons:Parking was not good, valet parking was high and had to wait every time I return to hotel. It was like the valet person was not around, bad service when you are paying a high fee.
Pros:New, modern, super clean...great location for visiting a Uchicago student--
Cons:While I loved the design of the room, the quality of construction felt a slightly lacking, at least for the price I paid per night.
Cons:Breakfast was not as described. Front desk staff were more attentive to each other than to guests. Valet completely ignored us. Waited for 10 minutes in the cold to be able to park.
