Pros (+) The location was ideal & the room had plenty of space...nice bathroom!
Cons (-) The couch was well-worn...needed to be replaced, and the A/C (unit under the window type) was not sufficient to completely cool the room. A/C ran constantly...the bed was near the unit, so it was pretty cool in that area, but it was about 10 degrees warmer in the lounge area where the thermostat was.
