Cons (-) I went and paid the reservation and cancelled minutes later. Didn't receive a refund and the staff were not friendly. THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT ABOUT 45 MINUTES. Would not recommend. Front office was holding job interviews at the same time. Big mess.
