Pros (+) The staff was great even though it was a bit slow at times to respond to my needs . The staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The presentation and comfort could of been better. The hotel looked old and worn out . I have booked a room and I was ready to check in but the room was not available and I had to wait two hours so I just upgrade which cost extra to be able to check in.

Cons (-) Filthy hotel. Chef brought up phelm in a tissue at breakfast and threw it in bin by food. Felt unsafe. It was like a social experience or community care project. Nasty. Should not be allowed to advert anywhere. No food available in evening. Yuk yuk yuk....they should be ashamed of themselves. Please do something about this hotel .

Cons (-) Most of the stuff in the rooms were broken the beds were like laying on plywood and the pool and hot tubs were closed the whole week we were there because they were also broken.

Pros (+) It was conveniently located not too far from downtown and LA.
Cons (-) The staff that cleaned the rooms didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate with them , also there was only one microwave for the entire floor to use which is ridiculous.
