Well when I got to the room I pulled the sheets back and there were a couple of strands of hair all over the sheets. When I grabbed the pillows it felt so used where it was all balls of fluff and not comfy same with the bed so I grabbed my own blankets to use as sheets and my own blanket because ewe strangers hair.
