Location was premium. Central to everything. I found the staff very accommodating & friendly.
There was an underlying unpleasant smell in the room. Couldn't tell what it was.
Great location, small but very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast.
Front desk staff were a bit brusque (on previous visits, they have been very friendly).
I had low expectation as Copenhagen hotels are expensive and you don't get much for your money. We stayed at Square for $250/night including breakfast, wifi and taxes. Room was decent size for a European hotel. Breakfast buffet selection was sufficient. Location is central. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.
I like the location.
Air conditioning was inadequate.
Beds and pillows and duvex, elevator and very unpeasant staff
Room was small but clean and functional, with good facilities. Excellent location.
The hotel is superbly located within easy walking distance of the station and many bars and restaurants, whilst Lene on reception was very pleasant and helpful.
It's a slightly impersonal experience. We barely had the cause or opportunity to interact with anyone during our stay, save for checking in and out.
