Cons (-) The decor and furnishings are a bit dated and worse for wear but for the price and overall value you can't fault it. The rooms are massive, bed's comfy, kitchenette is a nice touch, staff are great.

Pros (+) Decent value, massive rooms, really comfy bed and right next to the beach. Really good value breakfasts at the restaurant next door.
Cons (-) Decor is a bit tired and a little tlc wouldn't go amiss, but this shouldn't detract from the great staff, location, cleanliness and overall quality of the stay.
