Pros (+) Location Night time service manager was a saving grace. He had great information. Attempted to ensure we were safe after a night walk and was jolly friendly.
Cons (-) On arrival the front desk manager was rude, unclear, uninformative. Also when asked if you can purchase light supplies close by he said "no". There is a general store right down the road!! Room was ok. There was a lack of personal touch for the price you pay. Pepper tree lodge does a much better job.
