Brian at reception lied to us. First of all, we have booked junior suits and he gave us double bed room, saying they don't have suit for us. But has taken money for suit. Horrible check in experience - homophobic staff Horrible services and staff Outdated and poor condition interiors and rooms. Cons (-) The Pet Friendly Room (+$50) we had smelt like...it was BAD We where there for a Funrel 10 RMS in total half the guests had Free Breakfast Included & the others didn't?!? The Front Desk explained this away due to 1/2 the guest rooms having been booked on 3rd Party Vendor Sites

Pros (+) The staff were super attentive. The rooms were beautiful and the beds really comfortable. Great location right off of 84.
Cons (-) My only complaints is that I like a cold room to sleep in and I didn't like that the AC would shut off in the middle of the night, couldn't keep the fan to stay humming all night it would go off intermittently, so hard for a light sleeper.
