Pros (+) The location is great, very close to the airport. The parking is free and easy. The breakfast is very decent and good. The staff is friendly.
Cons (-) The room cleaning services were very inconsistent and unreliable. If you stay for a short time it may not be an issue. Pros (+) Any issue they fixed right away. The door was broken they did their best to fix it. It was recently broken from the guests right before us. They changed our phone cause it wasn't letting us answer it. There was a storm so the Dish cable stopped working and they got it fixed as soon as it was brought to their attention. Pros (+) We stayed the day before our cruise. Complimentary Shuttle picked up from the airport and for a nominal fee, a shuttle took us to the cruise the next day. The hotel is in walking distance from many restaurants. Great value and convenience.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, we were in competition with 8 other cruise lines, so getting picked up from the airport was a bit of a nightmare...One of the hotel Shuttles was out of commission so the operating shuttle was continuously filled up..It took an hour to get to the hotel which was less than 10 minutes away. Advise.....check to see how many cruise ships are sailing on the same day!
