Monsoon Season.During the Monsoon season between the months of October to May, Darwin experiences extremely high humidity. As such our balcony doors are closed for your comfort. Should you require your balcony doors to be open during your stay, please advise the receptionist on arrival and we will be happy to assist. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Construction continues on the expanded tropical resort scheduled for opening in July 2012. The site of the new resort is located adjacent to the existing property. In addition we are refurbishing 16 of our existing accommodation rooms and upgrading our guest lifts with work due to commence on 7 January 2012 with completion by mid April 2012. Hours of work are between 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, there will be no work taking place on Sundays.
