No airport shuttle provided even though it was advertised in the booking. They said shuttle was shared with other hotels and there was not enough space.

Bed bugs!!! We stayed on second floor and woke in the middle of the night to bites and welts ALL over our bodies! We couldn’t find the bugs per usual with this situation as they hide. The manager handled the situation more poorly than I could ever imagine. It was pretty horrible. I’ll NEVER stay here again.

Pros:It was quiet.
Cons:Patrons trying to check and/or get breakfast looked for an hour, but no one ever came to the desk. ..no breakfast served, no room deposits returned, room keys just laid across the checkin counter.

Pros:Location was great.
Cons:To start, there were ants all over my floor. In addition to that issue, the service was poor. I received a phone call and knock on my door at around midnight that jarred me from my sleep. A "noise complaint" had apparently been filed with the desk about my room's T.V. volume--which was low and should not have been able to be heard through the walls... walls are very thin. The following night, I was again ripped from my slumber, this time because the building's fire alarm system was malfunctioning; this lasted hours and the fire department had to respond. One day before my official check out date, my room keys were disabled and I was locked out of my room. I asked the receptionist why I had been locked out and she snarkly replied because checkout is at 12. She did not let me back in my room until I demanded she check the computer, in which case she noticed I was correct and just handed me new room keys... no apology. No explanation. House keeping does not clean your room daily, only if requested. The dead bolt to my room's door didn't work and the door was tough to open without hip checking. Shower curtain absolutely did not work. This hotel was not worth 60 dollars. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a cleaner more respectful stay.

Pros:The room was clean, shuttle service to the airport was efficient (and ran starting early, which was important for us), and continental breakfast was provided (4am-9am).
Cons:The room smelled strongly of Lysol when we first got in (solved by opening the window). It was also quite hot at night (conveniently also solved by opening the window). They were having some computer problems when we checked in, which slowed the process slightly but was not a serious issue.

Pros:The room was small, as expected, which was fine with me since I was traveling by myself. However, when I walked into my room I was greeted with a blast of hot air as they had the heat running on high. I immediately broke into a sweat and had to turn on the AC. Although this was somewhat unpleasant I enjoyed my one night stay overall. The room was very clean and there was free breakfast, although not the best hotel breakfast I've had. The shower had amazing water pressure, but the curtain rod was sloping down so I couldn't keep the shower curtain closed all the way. As a result, half the bathroom got wet. Finally, the staff seemed pleasant enough and the hotel had a free airport shuttle that took only about 10 minutes to get to the airport. So overall, is say it was definitely worth the inexpensive price I paid to stay there through Kayak.
