The castle is beautiful from the outside, but the interior could use a facelift. The carpets and furnishings clearly haven’t seen an upgrade this century, and our bathroom was dingy. Dingwall is a bit far from the attractions of Inverness and it wasn’t worth the drive for these accommodations.
