The Rutland is operated on a seasonal basis, closing in October 2007 and scheduled to reopen on 10th March 2008. The Hotel is situated on Queens Promenade, on the seafront in Douglas. It is situated approximately 9 miles from Ronaldsway Airport. Follow signs to Douglas along the A5, once in Douglas follow the A1, towards the sea terminal. At the sea terminal, turn left along the promenade. The Claremont is situated a quarter of a mile along on the left hand side. A taxi journey from the airport should take around 20-30 minutes and costs £15-£20. 15 kms to the nearest airport (isle of man) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop
