The hotel has information about activities around the area.

The room, the smell, the quality of the room accommodations.

The room was gross we didn't even want to sit down. There was standing dirt in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The heat was broke and on in the summer so they flipped the fuse to shut it off. Had to have the window open to try to make the room manageable and all you can hear is people talking about were they are gonna get drunk next. It was a very small room hardly room to move around. It was too late at night to go elsewhere but we couldn't wait to wake up and get out of there. It should be rated below a 2 1/2 star it is a poor quality building that looks and smells like it is a slum motel. Don't waste your money to travel out of your way to a terrible motel. After seeing the filth in the room we didn't even attempt to visit the pool area out of fear of what might be growing in the areas.

On the mountain where the evenings are cool and the windows can be left open to enjoy the breeze and the singing of the birds. Very peaceful and we got very good rest there.

The complex includes a restaurant which is way below par. The food was not very good, and we elected to eat at other locations a minimum of 15 miles away in Driggs, after the first evening meal was such a disappointment, and were told to skip breakfast.

The location up on the mountain is remote. If you are there to visit the other nearby parks such as Grand Teton Park, you have to allow driving time. The nearby town of Driggs has food and other services, and the location is outstanding from the standpoint of beauty and climate. We had absolutely no complaints other than the lack of available good food options. The drive up and back is very enjoyable, but may be a negative for some people who are always in a rush (which we were not).

Excellent location, exterior is attractive.

Room has a good deal of noise from people walking and closing doors upstairs and outside (antique elevator doors closing). Enough to wake us up late night or very early am each day. Rooms are very small, one plug in for devices available.

Valets were available to bring car (extra cost) only half the time, outdoor parking (lots of dust, rain, etc). 'Resort fee' says it covers a bottle of water daily in the room; the fee is every day, the bottle of water only the first day. 'Balcony' is a common fire escape with chairs on it facing a building. A bit expensive for that kind of creative imagery.

The TV's did not work in the fitness room. They didn't have change available for the washing machines at the front desk and didn't seem to care. Directed me to a bank to get change.

They charge a resort fee and don't offer much more than a Holiday Inn Express but charge twice as much

The staff were dedicated to making this a getaway to remember

Wish we could have stayed longer is all.

This is the perfect getaway spot for couples to reconnect. My husband and I were there to celebrate our ninth anniversary. It was a great chance for fishing, hiking, biking and running amidst natural beauty in the Grand Tetons. Even though the national parks were closed it was still the trip of a lifetime. We had been to resorts that offered trout fishing before, but this was a highlight of our trip. John our fishing guide was excellent and we had a great time learning about the fish on the Snake river. It didn't hurt we caught about eighteen fish either! We had been to ecotourism destinations before but the four seasons Jackson Hole lives up to the hype and its five star reputation. The sushi is fantastic as well!!

This hotel location is great for skiing hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only downside to this location is that the town of jacksonhole is 15miles away and a taxi is 35 one way from the airport and to the hotel is 60 one way and 90 one way if the hotel picks u up this is ridiculous. The taxi drivers were also rude and a complete downer's playing loud music passing cars on a two lane road at a high rate of speed hey I'm on vacation and i left LA to get away from this kinda of driving and I'm paying you to drive like this and tell me along the way how its a bad time of the year to travel to Wyoming wow thanks for the positive feed back. So my husband and i figured out how to avoid all this book a rental car at dollar car rental or thrifty before you arrive call directly to the car rental place and book over the phone before you arrive they will have a shuttle pick you up at the airport and the same shuttle will take you back we rented a Toyota Corolla for 39.95 per d...

The room was huge, beautifully decorated for the setting. Not that far from places we wanted to go. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with out billing and not their fault really but called back the next day and was taken care of.

The hotel was a good deal for the money, free Wi-fi was fast and worked without problems, everything in room was functional, decor was appropriate for a western hotel, and beds were comfortable and clean.

Having to wait for hotel clerk to come back to check us in was kind of awkward and location was slightly hard to find using the GPS.

A great deal for the money.

My wife and I booked the Teton Mountain Lodge as the final leg of a two week tour of western national parks and it was a wonderful experience. We had stayed at a a series of pretty average hotels for one or two nights as we moved from park to park and I wanted to finish with a touch of luxury, and Teton Mountain Lodge was the perfect exclamation point for our trip. We booked a junior suite but were upgraded at the front desk to a nicer suite. By mid September there is a definite nip in the air at night and the gas fireplaces were a welcomed addition. We watched the sunset one evening from the rooftop hot tub and went back after dinner in the hotel restaurant to watch the stars. The hotel has great wi-fi service, which was helpful because the cell signal in the area was weak. Grand Teton national park is just a couple miles away, where we hiked, saw a bear eat berries and then jump into a river; watched a couple of moose, a coyote with a snake in its mouth and a herd of buffalo. A memor...

Very attractive lobby. Staff was pleasant. Spur restaurant in the hotel was fun and provided a delicious meal.

We did not like the fact that we were not able to give our preference for type of bed. We were given a room with a pull down queen sized wall bed. It was not comfortable and I ended up sleeping on the couch. They did provide sheets & blanket.

Good location about 10 miles outside Jackson Hole, WY. Many outdoor activities including biking, skiing, hiking, shopping, parakiting and dining. Good restaurant within the hotel. We did not have a choice of bed and were given a room with a pull down wall bed. It was not worth what we bid thinking we would be getting a 4* room. We wanted either a regular king or 2 queen beds.

The price was right. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was fairly clean, but dated. The staff was friendly and the on-site cafe had good food and friendly help.

The grout and tile in the bathroom was of varying color, from yellow to brown to black. Wouldn't take much to fix that.

Wonderful Design Elements, finishes & bedding.

Petite size room, located in the rear of the building face a park full of couples with whining children and loud live music thumping bass included! The hotel spa/ hot tub is part of the spa. It doesn't open until 10am, closes by 7pm. Not convenient.

I complained to front desk and was told they could do noting. I also informed the front desk that I am a International wine, food and travel journalist. They did not care. I have protested the hotel charge with American Express. i will never visit this hotel again.

We were not pleased with single beds only and with the unpleasant construction noise out our back door for two days. We asked to be moved but were denied. The view of the Tetons was blocked by bushes and there was no private place to sit outside. The kitchen DID have a good supply of cooking equipment.

This is a great place for a couple or small family. We stayed here in the summer and it was in a great location just outside of Jackson Hole and Teton National Park. The condo looked recently renovated and was very clean when we arrived. Everything was supplied as far as linens, kitchen utensils, gas grill, wireless internet, etc... It even had a washer and dryer. The only negatives we found were: the midweek cleaning was just a supply of clean towels and there is no parking for trailers, boats or rv's. Also be aware you need a car. The health club where the pool is located is a pretty far walk. Keep an eye out for moose in the complex.

Prices are average price per night of stay and may not include taxes and fees. "Total" includes our estimate of the taxes and fees. Please verify the total cost on the provider's site before you complete your reservation. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
