Pros (+) The staff was great especially Jared we got to converse with him more than the others and he made us feel very comfortable. He made sure we had everything we needed and informed us on anything we needed information for. They also have bike rentals which is so convenient because everything is within walking distance. Pros (+) Location perfect for getting to and from downtown Durango and for heading off to north to Silverton. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and there was surprisingly little noise. The wifi was free and fast.
