Cons (-) We booked a two week stay in between selling and buying a home. At check-in we were told we didn’t have a reservation and that we were probably at the wrong location since there are a few in the area. When we showed our reservation, without really searching for it they said that it wasn’t in their system and they would have to rebook the reservation but unfortunately it would be at a higher rate. ...

Cons (-) Three total towels given to a room with two queens beds sleeping four people. No hand or floor towels. Written in soap were words on the bathroom door so I’m not sure the last time that was really cleaned top to bottom. Extended stay means they don’t clean your room at all an the kitchenette came with NOTHING. Oh, and by continental breakfast they mean bad coffee and granola bars tossed on a table...
