Pros (+) Locations is great, a bit hidden but in close to everything in city centre, and Waverly station. We only came back to sleep in the room for a few hours. Rabbies Tours cafe/bus stop. We only had contact with 2 staff members both spoke spanish, Eduardo and a young lady with dark hair. They were both helpful and accommodating with our luggage. Email response is also quick.
