Casa del Artista is a recently refurbished property where you can enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay in a unique environment.It is situated close to the towns of Elche and Alicante, 15 km from the beaches of Arenales del Sol, Santa Pola and the International Aeroport of Alicante. We offer 2 doble bedrooms with private bathroom and one doble annex bedroom located near the house . The Villa has two floors and an extensive garden with private parking space. On the ground floor is the big living room/diner with a fireplace, 1 bedroom wit private bathroom and private area of the house. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with private bathroom with big terrace which offers endless views, a small reading lounge with a shared library. The last room is located in an annex near the house which includes its own bathroom. The paintings exhibition is displayed throughout the villa, including in the bedrooms. We have a pleasant terrace with sea views. Under the shade of the pine trees you can relax in the hammock after a refreshing bath in the Jacuzzi.The indicated price is per room for two people and includes breakfast.If there are extra people there will be an extra charge but extra guests will be accommodated in the 2 bedrooms pictured. ( 25€ charge per extra guest)Homemade, healthy lunch and /or dinner can be provided with prior arrangement for 15 euros per person/per meal, including wine.
