Pros (+) Peaceful quiet Spa, location, spacious room, very accommodating reception/kitchen staff - my partner cannot eat during certain hours and they offered to change breakfast times for us , bar food high standard
Cons (-) Beds, sheets/duvet/pillows not comfortable, bar staff need training re service/customer skills, restaurant v expensive, getaway deals advertised in the hotel appear to be orientated towards over 55s.. Hotel could expand and consider targeting groups that might wish to surf in lahinch or young people interested in trad/country. Surrounding are is steeped in trad culture.
