Pros:I had a big problem in the beginning ... but Sophia (manager in Cedar Rapids) was absolute amazing. She fixed the problem immediately and made me fell much better. I have rented from enterprise many times and she fixed the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her.Cons:Make sure you have plenty of staff in the evening to help with customers. Once again Sophia made this a great experience and I hope she gets a pat on the back on how much I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem. She restored my faith in enterprise by going above and beyond the call of duty.Reviewed 17 Sept 2019

Iowa City Airport Enterprise is AwesomePros:This is the 3rd year I've rented a car from Iowa Enterprise. They are the kindest, most helpful car rental in an airport ever. Worst experiencePros:NothingCons:Everything. They did not have cars available and clerk was extremely unhelpful and rude once he saw where I booked the car and the Kayak rate. Ended up renting from Hertz a couple booths down the hall. They were much better.Reviewed 6 Sept 2016
