Pros:The lady at Newcastle was extremely helpful and very friendly. Although the Lexus was smaller than I expected, the vehicle itself was comfortable, extremely clean and made my journey very pleasant. The drop off was very straight forward, although there wasn't any staff when I dropped the vehicle off in Aberdeen, and left the keys at the drop off letter box. Overall, I'd recommend Enterprise for hiring a vehicle in the future.Cons:The vehicle category I had rented was the full size SUV, which states a Volvo XC60 or similar. The Lexus is much smaller than an XC60 and not a full size SUV. I think the vehicle categories should be described much more clearer.Reviewed 6 Dec 2020
