Cons (-) $250 hold on your debit and/or credit card. Then they tell you it would take 10 business days to be cleared. Which is BS. Normal hotels don't do that. Also I didn't see that info on the website. I didn't sleep well due to bed and/or pillow was uncomfortable for me
