Kiddicott Farm is set in 55 acres of glorious East Devon Countryside. Situated to the East of the historic Roman Cathedral City of Exeter, famed for the Exeter Festival and underground passages. We are only ten minutes from Junction 30 off the M5, the A30 and very close to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sandy Park Conference Centre, the Met Office, surrounding Business Parks and Exeter Airport .
Kiddicott Farmhouse is traditionally spacious, giving guests their own dining room overlooking the gardens and orchard.
We have plenty of secure parking and all the bedrooms have rural views, with en-suite bathrooms together with all the usual complimentary comforts.
Restored to traditional pastures and meadows — deer, badger, fox and many native birds, including resident families of buzzards, sparrow hawk and kestrel delightfully grace us with their presence.
In particular, the elusive heron will often ‘stake out' our pond — a paradise in the busy world that we all live in, we defy anyone who visits not to leave Kiddicott Farm feeling restored in their faith of all ‘good things' and that the English Countryside truly is a National Treasure. Enjoy!
