The ground floor maisonette has now been completely refurbished to provide a beautiful holiday home, The accommodation comprises three well furnished close carpeted bedrooms, one double and two single; a large very comfortable close carpeted lounge/diner with colour T.V.and payphone; a spacious fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave cooker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washer/dryer, etc. A fully tiled bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Heating is by night storage heaters supplemented by panel heaters.. Electricity is by 1 coin meter, except for the night storage heaters which are free of charge November to March. The nearest shops are within 100yds. The town centre, bus rail stations and the leisure centre with its indoor pool are all within a half mile level walk.
