One of our pillows was stained. I called reception and they did not even apologize. They just said they cant replace because theyre fully booked. The receptionist were very curt - very bad customer service! The pillows were very hard. The room does not look and feel clean. Overall confort was poor. I will not recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) Very clean, quiet, and staff were very friendly .
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable, it was so worn out that you could see were it was sagging. There was NO water pressure!!!
