Smelled like smoke in the hallways and room. No sauna as advertised. Booked a king but got a queen. No other rooms available.

Reserved a King Suite, was given a Queen Suite. Hotel unwilling to move us even though they were provided with the reservation information showing a King. They blamed it on Travelero reservation (third party). Attempted to contact Travelero multiple times - no answer . Do not use Travelero website to book reservations.
