Pros (+) Staff was friendly and service-oriented. Room met our expectations.
Cons (-) Not sure the property is well-managed. Housekeeping missed our room one day. By the time we returned at 8 pm, everyone had left. Front desk offered us the room next door as a solution. While we were satisfied with that option, we would have been happier had our room just been cleaned as it should have been. Also, one elevator was not working nor was the ice maker on our floor.

Cons (-) they charge my account $ 160.00 when the original price was $ 136.85 i did not anything i had two drinks and a order of wings and paid cash.

Pros (+) Recently had a two night stay at the property while attending to family business. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and mostly, efficient. In summary, it matched my needs.
Cons (-) I have one minor complaint. On checking out, the night desk clerk didn't know what a "zero balance" receipt was and I had to explain It. Apparently, he was confused because the room was prepaid through Expedia. Still, it seemed like a simple enough request and I was slightly taken aback he was clueless. I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry.
