Cons:
Geneva Airport pick up and drop off location is on the French, not Swiss, side of the airport, and was a nightmare to find. It was very stress-inducing to find it when dropping the car back, and being lost for awhile I almost missed my flight, having to run through the airport to make it!2.0 Poor

Cons:
The agent at the desk told us that the local law required us to take out local full collision insurance, in spite of the fact that I had already purchased such insurance online. She was not willing to let us have the car unless we purchased the insurance. This left us no choice and cost us an extra $250!!! Of course I am going to demand that KAYAK (who, if this requirement is correct, misled us) or Enterprise (who, if this requirement is false, lied to us) reimburse us fully for the $250.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Picked up the car on the French side of Geneva Airport had to wait 40 minutes why the staff took a break. When told them that we would be traveling to Annecy in France they told us to travel through Switzerland, we were not told about a 40 Swiss Franc road tax we would need to pay as the rental car did not have the road tax on it. When asked about this when dropping the car off the customer rep just shrugged us off and said its not there problemAlamo

Pros:
The staff was super helpful -- it was my first time driving in Switzerland and I didn't know if I needed chains on my tires, etc. The man who helped me provided me with a car with winter tires and GPS and put us into a really nice car.Cons:
I had to modify my reservation and make it one day shorter due to a flight cancellation -- my rental cost nearly doubled after that.10.0 Wonderful

It was not complicated, the car was good value and we got through quickly.Cons:
We were told our MasterCard which had a chip but not raised letters was not acceptable. We protested and eventually they took it and we never had another problem the rest of our trip with the card.Avis

Got a smaller car than was depicted online, car had the worst cigarette smell that made we almost want to vomit. Got hit for a $150 cleaning fee and $60 fee for parking it in the wrong spot even though it was still an avis lot. Will not be renting from this company again.Hertz

I had deliberately called at the time of booking to confirm that the booking was for the SWISS side at Geneva airport. That was confirmed at the time while booking it was at the French side. I was forced to pay an extra of 400 Euros on the spot due to this.8.8 Very Good

Pros:
The car itself was quite nice: Clean, comfy and great milage (860km!!). Its been a while I didn't drive a stick shift so it was refreshing.Cons:
I thought I booked the car in Geneva airport so in my mind I had to pick it up where the "rental car" signs were. I get there after looking for that bloody place for some time only to be told that I have to go to the french side to pick my car (I did book my RSVP when I was in France so maybe thats why). I get there, wait in line for quite some time, before I finally decided to go fwd and call out the Hertz rep who was not even making eye contact after 5min! and no he was not busy with another customer. Anyway, I get the car (without going around and checking it out) and drive to my hotel (30km away). I return with the car to airport the next day to catch my flight. On the way to the airport (30km away) I refill the car TWICE, since the gas tank indicator was a TINY BIT below FULL, but the indicator didn't move. I filled the car so much that it overspilled. I get to the airport: Not only there was NO SPOT to park the car but there was no one to talk to about the gas tank indicator prob!!!! So Guess what happened next: I look at my credit card bill a few days later and I see I got charged almost $30 for gas!!! Moral of the story: CHECK THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH THE CAR BEFORE YOU EVEN TURN IT ON OR ITS ON YOU!!!10.0 Wonderful

1. The price was reasonable . 2. They did not insist on blocking 3000 CHF on my credit card (as other companies do) to cover the excess of 1500 in case of damage and 1500 in case of theft (surely only one blocking of 1500 should be sufficient) 3. I did not ask for a GPS navigator , but the car had one built in .Budget

the car was good, clean and relatively new.Cons:
the pricing policy is complete trash. i booked a car for approx. USD200 and ended up more than USD500, including all the fees, insurances, and surprise costs. Futhermore, I have been billed above the contractual fee, although I have returned the car undamaged, with very limited used kilometers (it was unlimited anyway), and a full tank. I'm going for file a formal complaint to recover these additional costs!9.6 Wonderful

Helpful that the "Boss" of the rental agency did not park her personal car in front of my rental spot, forcing me to call and wait and wait and wait until she had the time to come and move her car allowing me to go on my trip 15 minutes later. A very slow line to pick up the car. There was no way to book winter tires in advance, so the price doubled when we got there. Unpleasant staff. The insurance excess was €25000. You were forces to sign the contract, including the inspection verifying the car was ok before you got to see the car.Europcar
