We are situated only 10 to 15 minutes down hill walk to Folkestone Harbour, beaches, the town centre resturants etc. It is only 10 drive minutes from the Channel Tunnel and 20 minutes from the Dover ferries and turostar passenger trains at Ashford. We are also perfectly positioned to explore the Garden of England and its many attractions, for example: beautiful beaches and promenades, historic castles, coastal parks, The North Downs Way, Folkestone race course, wild life parks, The Battle of Britain Memorial and museum, Dover Castle and much more! A warm welcome awaits you from Alan and Sue who offer you a comfortable cosy stay, with a fine English breakfast to see you on your way! Cooked breakfast weekdays is from 8 - 9am or from 7am by request, weekends from 8.30 - 9.30am.
