These were the nicest people I think I have ever encountered staying in hotels. They were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. I will be staying with them again.
nothing it was great.
The smell of smoke in the room
They didn't have any breakfast left when we went down at 8:30 AM. My husband went down at 9 for more coffee and they didn't have any ready. We had to go out for breakfast which we didn't budget for, we were only there for one night.
I liked the fact that it was in my home town when I had to go back for a funeral...the staff was helpful and friendly...
The friendliness of the staff. Everyone made you feel welcome. It was right on the highway, close to eating establishments. Service station across street. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Continental breakfast was great. Comfortable and affordable.
Bed a little hard but slept good.
The location and clean
I asked for a first floor room since I'm handicaped and have trouble with stairs, said she didn't have one. After going to room on second floor room and it wasn't ready, she then had a first floor room. Why did she not just give it to me first.
The staff was personable, helpful and prompt to correct an issue.
The continental breakfast could use a little diversity for diabetic guest. There was never fresh fruit when I went in to see what was offered that morning.
The room had a refrigerator.
The shower curtain in my room appeared to have mold or mildew at the bottom and corners. One evening when I returned my bed had not been straightened and the used towels were still piled on the bathroom floor.
It was conviently located and very quite.
A/C was not very good. Room was cool, but not cool enough for us. We almost went and bought a fan, circulation was not the best and a/c seem to cut down at night.
Very helpful staff, good breakfast & clean rooms.
Location: it was half way between my two destinations.
I had a non-smoking room reserved, and when I arrived, I got my room key and went to my room. The beds were unmade, and there was trash and beer cans all over the room. I immediately went back down to the front desk to get another room. First, the clerk looked on her computer screen and said 'I'm looking at the room via the camera and I don't see anything wrong'... WOAH!!! Camera in the room?? Seriously? That's an invasion of privacy. When I asked 'What do you mean camera?' she quickly changed the subject and never answered me. She said there were no other non-smoking rooms available and I would have to take a smoking room, and a price increase of $10 more dollars per night. I said no, there must be something else, I don't want a smoking room. She then said that there was one non-smoking room left with a jacuzzi, but it was $25 more per night. I told her she can give me that room at the rate that I was originally promised (which she did). I only stayed one night of the 2 nights that I ...
