Cons (-) I went thru Days Inn mobile site and booked a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, when I showed up, the hotel had me in a smoking room. Customer service wouldn't help -- they had me in a smoking room, too. Thought they might at least try to help me find another room in a similar Days Inn hotel (since this one was full). Nope.
