The staff is amazing but the rooms smelled like mold and you could see water pockets in the walls! The beds were horrible !!! Both of our beds had a huge hole in the middle making it super uncomfortable to sleep on. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless they change to beds and fix there plumbing and check every room for water damage on the walls !!!!

Cons (-) Dirty, very very old, uncomfortable bed and pillows, smelled very bad, calling staff was never working over the phone I had to walk to the front desk every time I needed something. Too expensive for the quality.

Pros (+) It's a nice quiet hotel. The staff here is great. Everyone at the front desk is ready and willing to assist you with anything. Breakfast here fairly good and it's served buffet style. It's located close to Disneyland and has shuttles running from 8am to midnight. It's perfect for people visiting Disneyland, especially families.
Cons (-) The only major problem I had with this hotel was that the shower is a bit small. The towels were a little rough too but that's okay.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and responsive, great care and consistency went into room preparation. Overall, our stay was perfect! Location is perfect for Disney-goers and the shuttle service an added bonus.
