Pros:Teka was very friendly and helpful. This car rental company is off-site from the rental center to provide lower rates, so the facilities are sparse. The car was great and clean and it was an excellent experience.Cons:We had difficulty reaching the main number but were finally picked-up at the bus stop at the car rental center. The vehicle was great except for the dirty inside of the windshield.Reviewed 9 May 2021

Pros:Pickup was great, Nick was very friendly and helpful. This is a budget operation, so the facilities are sparse. The car was great and clean, except for the inside of the windshield.Cons:The drop-off was on a Sunday, and handled by someone who was not an actual employee of the company. Cons:Just a heads up. This rental company IS NOT LOCATED AT THE CAR RENTA CENTER. You have to take one shuttle from the airport to the car the car rental center and the call them for them to come pick you up there to take you to their place. I specifically chose companies at the terminal to avoid this, but still got this as a choice only to be surprised once I got to the rental center that it was not thereReviewed 8 Apr 2021

Pros:I don't know. They never picked us up after we waited at the airport. We had to pay over $500 for another retnal car or spend the night at the hotel.Cons:Someone actually coming to pick us up after hours after we tried calling two times. I need to know how to get a refund.Reviewed 6 Apr 2021

Pros:Zero aspect of itCons:It is not at the airport, so you have to take a shuttle. We waited about an hour for the shuttle since there was a long line. We were dropped at the rental car facility, only to find out that Green Motion was at a different location. From there, we were told to call their number and that they would pick us up. They did, and brought us to the sketchy, old, worn building. The check-in process took forever and once we finally got to our car, we noticed multiple issues. For one, the handle of the driver door comes off when you pull open the door. When we put our belongings in the trunk, the back of it was falling apart. The back driver window also was not sealed correctly, so it sounded like it was howling when as you drove. And the biggest problem? The rotors need to be replaced ASAP. Every time we starting breaking, it would have a horrible grinding sound. On top of that, they are open between the hours of 8-4 and apparently closed Sundays? The passengers we rode with had a 7AM flight on Sunday and found that they would need an Uber/Lyft to return to the airport. The only “nice” thing about our experience was the fact they shuttled you back directly to the airport. I would recommend this to NO ONE.Reviewed 26 Mar 2021

Pros:nothingCons:everything...I could not cancel my car reservation. The company is a complete disappointment. Everything about the process was horrible and I will never use Kayak, and or green motion ever again. The customer service was impossible to deal with and I will never get my money back. My purchase was not returned to me and I feel violated for having what I have gone through. I could not come to New Orleans due to the Covid-19 and I was treated unfairly. I lost over $200.00 dollars and could have used it on my family this Christmas. I know that I won't get a response to this survey and it will not probably be read. I am extremely unhappy and frustrated through third party companies representing companies because they can never help. This is the last straw.Reviewed 20 Dec 2020
